The Milwaukee M18 FORCE LOGIC 2" to 3" ProPEX Expansion Tool Kit (2633-22HD) pairs the M12 and M18 ProPEX expansion tools to make consistent 2" to 3" Uponor PEX connections, and ships as a complete kit with expansion heads, cone grease, two 9.0 batteries, and a charger — ready to run out of the case.

What it does well

• Expands 2" to 3" Uponor ProPEX pipe using a powerful hydraulic system for uniform, repeatable connections.
• Auto-rotating head with single-trigger operation — one pull rotates, expands, and resets automatically for consistency across the whole install.
• Flips over to sit squarely on a table-top for extended bench work, or handles overhead connections in place.
• Milwaukee ONE-KEY technology tracks the tool within 100 ft. of any phone running the ONE-KEY app, logs usage, and sends maintenance notifications; a green LED signals when the cycle is complete.
• REDLINK PLUS Intelligence protects tool, battery, and charger from overload, overheating, and over-discharge.

Is this the right expansion tool for you?

This kit is built for commercial plumbers and pipefitters running larger-diameter Uponor ProPEX on the M18 platform. Because it covers the full 2" to 3" range and includes all three heads plus two high-capacity batteries, it suits crews doing sustained large-pipe expansion rather than occasional small-diameter work. If you only run smaller ProPEX, a dedicated M12 expander may be a better fit.
