M18™ Brushless Pipe Threading Oiler

The Milwaukee M18 Brushless Pipe Threading Oiler (model 3874-20) is a cordless, self-contained oiler that clamps to a pipe vise and feeds cutting oil right at the threading point. This is the tool only: the M18 battery and charger are sold separately.

What it does well

• Steel frame attaches quickly and securely to a pipe vise, putting the catch basin close to the threading point
• 127-degree debris collection beneath the pipe when paired with the Milwaukee 6" Leveling Tripod Chain Vise (48-22-8690)
• Adjustable hose and flow rate put the right amount of oil where it's needed, which extends die life and improves thread quality
• 3-stage filter system separates chips from oil, extending clean-out intervals and letting you reuse oil
• Sealed, self-contained basin with carry handle prevents spills during use and transport
• Up to 8.5 hours of runtime on one M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 battery (sold separately); the basin holds 1 gallon of oil

Is this the right oiler for you?

It is built for portable threaders: Milwaukee lists it as compatible with the M18 FUEL Pipe Threader w/ ONE-KEY (2874), the M18 FUEL Compact Pipe Threader w/ ONE-KEY and other portable pipe threaders, and with most chain vises. It is not designed for stationary threading machines.
