The Milwaukee M12™ 20oz. Aluminum Barrel Sausage Style Caulk and Adhesive Gun (2442-21) is a 12V cordless dispensing tool built to replace manual hand caulk guns for common construction sealants and adhesives. This is the kit version, which pairs the tool with an M12™ RedLithium™ 1.5 Ah battery. The aluminum barrel keeps the tool light, and a seal puncture tool is included.
What it does well
- Supplies up to 400 lbs. of thrust for pushing heavier sealants and adhesives
- Dispenses up to 150 (10 oz.) tubes of building sealant on a single charge
- Rotational speed dial plus a variable-speed trigger for bead control, with a maximum speed of 28 ft/min
- Compatible with all M12™ batteries and part of the M12™ System of over 70 tools

This is a sausage-style gun for pros who run common construction sealants and adhesives and want a lightweight cordless replacement for a manual gun. It ships as a 20oz. barrel; if you dispense standard 10 oz. cartridges or quart tubes, note the 10 oz. and quart adapters are sold separately. Because it is the -21 kit, you get a battery in the box and only need to be on the M12™ platform.
