The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 1/4" Hex Impact Driver PACKOUT Kit (2953-21HO) pairs the 2953-20 M18 FUEL impact driver with one M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC5.0 battery (48-11-1855), an M18 & M12 Multi-Voltage Charger (48-59-1812) and a PACKOUT Tool Box with foam insert (48-22-8450), so it is ready to work out of the box.

The M18 FUEL 1/4" Hex Impact Driver Kit (2953-22) has the same driver with two XC5.0 batteries and a carrying case instead of a PACKOUT box, so it is the better pick if a second battery matters more to you than PACKOUT storage. Already own M18 batteries and a charger? The bare 2953-20 costs less. The driver works with all M18 batteries and chargers.
