1/2"- 2" IPS-P Jaw and Pivoting Ring Kit for M18™ FORCE LOGIC™ Press Tools

The Milwaukee IPS-P Jaw and Pivoting Ring Kit (49-16-2683) is a press jaw and ring set for M18™ FORCE LOGIC™ Press Tools, built for flameless steel connections on Viega® MegaPress®, Apollo® PowerPress®, and other IPS press-fitting systems. It presses schedule 5 up to schedule 40 black iron pipe and 304/316 stainless steel pipe, replacing welding and threading. This is a jaw and ring kit — an M18™ FORCE LOGIC™ Press Tool is required and sold separately.

What it does well

• Presses schedule 5 through schedule 40 black iron and 304/316 stainless steel pipe without flame, thread, or weld
• Easy-opening jaws handle ½", ¾", and 1" fittings and are designed for one-handed use in tight spaces
• Spring-loaded pivoting rings cover 1-¼", 1-½", and 2" and align quickly to the fitting for greater access in tight applications when paired with the Milwaukee® x5 Ring Jaw
• Pivoting ring blocking system prevents ring and ring jaw mismatch for consistent, quality connections

Choose this kit if you run IPS steel press systems and already own or plan to buy an M18™ FORCE LOGIC™ Press Tool. It spans ½" to 2" in one PACKOUT™ case: direct jaws for the smaller ½"–1" sizes and pivoting rings for the larger 1-¼"–2" sizes. The larger pivoting rings require the Milwaukee® x5 Ring Jaw to actuate. If you only work a narrow size range, a smaller single-size jaw may fit your needs better.
