The Milwaukee 49-16-2662Z ZoomLock® MAX Press Jaw Kit is a set of forged-steel press jaws covering ¼" through 1-1/8", built to press ZoomLock® MAX fittings with M18™ FORCE LOGIC™ press tools. This kit supplies the jaws only — the M18™ FORCE LOGIC™ press tool and battery are sold separately.
What it does well
- Presses ZoomLock® MAX fittings on tube from ¼" up to 1-1/8" — a flame-free alternative to brazing, with no nitrogen purge, combustible gas, or silver solder required
- Up to 60% faster installations versus traditional brazing on high-pressure HVAC and refrigeration systems
- In-line, easy-open design allows one-handed pressing and access in tight spots
- Spring-loaded jaws for easy alignment to the fitting; forged steel construction for long service life
- Compatible with ACR tube & line set
