¼”-1-1/8" RLS® Press Jaw Kit for M18™ FORCE LOGIC™ Press Tools

The Milwaukee ¼" – 1-1/8" RLS® Press Jaw Kit (49-16-2662R) is a set of steel press jaws that seat RLS® braze-free press fittings on HVAC/R and refrigeration line sets. It is built for use with Milwaukee M18™ FORCE LOGIC™ Press Tools (press tool sold separately) and replaces flame brazing with a cold, mechanical press connection — no nitrogen purge, combustible gas, or silver solder required.

What it does well

• Presses RLS® HVAC/R braze-free fittings from ¼" through 1-1/8" and works with ACR tube and line set
• Up to 60% faster installations versus traditional brazing
• In-line, easy-open jaw design for access in tight spots and one-handed pressing on M18™ FORCE LOGIC™ tools
• Spring-loaded for quick, self-holding alignment to the fitting; durable steel construction for long service life
