1/4" - 7/8" Streamline™ ACR Press Jaw Kit for M18™ FORCE LOGIC™ Press Tools

The Milwaukee 1/4" – 7/8" Streamline ACR Press Jaw Kit (model 49-16-2661M) is a set of forged-steel press jaws and a press ring for making flame-free refrigerant line connections on Mueller Streamline ACR press fittings. It is an accessory for the M18 FORCE LOGIC Press Tool and the extended-stroke M18 FORCE LOGIC Long Throw Press Tool — the press tool and battery are sold separately.

What it does well

• Handles 1/4" OD through 7/8" OD Streamline ACR press fittings and creates a secure joint in a single press cycle
• Replaces brazing with a flame-free connection — no nitrogen purge, combustible gas, or silver solder required
• Spring-loaded, in-line design self-aligns to the fitting for one-handed use in tight spaces
• Forged steel construction for long service life

This kit is built for HVAC/R installers who already run an M18 FORCE LOGIC Press Tool and want a faster, torch-free way to join ACR refrigerant lines. Confirm your fittings are Mueller Streamline ACR press fittings and that your line sizes fall within 1/4"–7/8" OD. For 1-1/8" OD work you will need the ring and adapter jaw, which are sold separately.
