10-24 AWG Compact Comfort Grip Wire Stripper & Cutter

The Milwaukee 48-22-3044 Compact Comfort Grip Wire Stripper and Cutter is a spring-loaded hand tool that strips 10–22 AWG solid and 12–24 AWG stranded wire and cuts copper with a curved cutting edge. A swing lock keeps it closed for pocket, pouch, or bag storage, and a small plier nose reaches wire in tight spots. This is a standalone hand tool — no batteries required.

What it does well

• Strips 10–22 AWG solid and 12–24 AWG stranded wire for a clean, precise fit
• Curved cutting edge shears copper wire with a smooth cut (0.25" cutting capacity, 0.5" blade length)
• Spring-loaded action opens the jaws automatically; an easy-access swing lock keeps the tool closed for storage
• Plier nose grabs wire in tight places, and loop holes handle bending and looping

Is this the right wire stripper for you?

Choose this stripper if you work across a wide 10–24 AWG range and want a compact, lockable tool that lives in a pouch or pocket. The comfort grip handle and high-contrast markings suit electricians and tradespeople doing repetitive stripping and cutting. Note that these blades are uninsulated and not ASTM F1505 rated, so they are not intended for live electrical work.
