M18™ 4-Tool Combo Kit

The Milwaukee M18 4-Tool Combo Kit (3693-24CX) pairs four cordless M18 tools — the Compact Brushless 1/2" Hammer Drill (3602-20), the Compact Brushless 1/4" Hex 3-Speed Impact Driver (3651-20), the Brushless 7-1/4" Circular Saw (2631-20), and the M18 Hackzall (2625-20) — and ships as a complete kit with two batteries, a multi-voltage charger, and a contractor bag. Every tool runs on the M18 platform, which is compatible with 250+ M18 solutions.

What it does well

• Compact drill and impact driver: the hammer drill measures 5.8" long and the 3-speed impact driver is just 4.4" long × 2.1" wide for access in tight and overhead spaces.
• Impact driver delivers 1,700 in-lbs of peak torque and 0–3,600 RPM across three speed settings.
• Brushless 7-1/4" circular saw cuts to a 2-1/2" depth and delivers up to 40% more power and up to 30% more run-time than comparable brushed-motor saws.
• Hackzall recip saw runs 0–3,000 strokes per minute with a 3/4" stroke length to cut wood, metal, and PVC; Quik-Lok clamp allows tool-free blade changes.

Is this the right kit for you?

This is a well-rounded starter or expansion kit for a pro or serious DIYer already in the M18 system or looking to buy into it. You get the four tools that cover most jobsite tasks — drilling, driving, cutting boards, and demolition/plunge cuts — plus the batteries and charger to run them out of the box. If you only need one of these tools or already own M18 batteries, a bare-tool version may cost less.
