The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 16" String Trimmer Kit (3046-21HD) is a cordless, fixed-shaft string trimmer built for landscape maintenance pros. Its rear-mounted POWERSTATE Brushless Motor delivers 1.76 HP — more power than a 31cc gas trimmer — and the kit ships ready to run with an M18 REDLITHIUM FORGE HD12.0 battery and charger.
What it does well
- POWERSTATE Brushless Motor produces 1.76 HP and reaches full throttle in under 1 second
- Adjustable cutting swath from 14" to 16" runs 0.080" or 0.095" line
- Three speed settings (0–4,600 / 0–5,400 / 0–6,200 RPM) plus a variable-speed trigger for fine control
- Easy Load trimmer head holds 25' of line and reloads in under 30 seconds
