The Milwaukee M18 FUEL™ Edger (model 3011-21HD) is a cordless, fixed-shaft stick edger built for landscape maintenance pros. As a kit, it ships ready to run with the edger, an M18 REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ HD12.0 12.0Ah battery, and a charger — no gas, oil, or pull cord required.
What it does well
- POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor delivers more power than a 31cc gas edger and maintains a higher blade speed for cleaner edges cut faster.
- Runs an 8" high-speed-steel blade on a universal 1" arbor at up to 5,200 RPM.
- Reaches full throttle in under 1 second, and an adjustable wheel dials in blade depth and tool angle for control.
- Steel skid plate protects the gearbox, while a site line on the guard and a blade wear indicator help you cut straight and know when to swap the blade.

It runs on the M18™ system, so if you already own M18 batteries this kit still adds a dedicated charger and a FORGE HD12.0 pack. Because it is a fixed-shaft edger, choose it when edging is the primary job rather than an attachment you swap onto a power head.
