The Milwaukee M18 FUEL™ 2-Tool Combo Kit (2991-22) pairs the M18 FUEL 4-1/2" / 5" Grinder Paddle Switch, No-Lock (2880-20) with the M18 FUEL 3/8" Compact Impact Wrench w/ Friction Ring (2854-20). This is a full kit — it ships with two M18 REDLITHIUM™ XC5.0 battery packs, a multi-voltage charger, and a contractor bag, so both tools are ready to run out of the box. Both tools run on the M18™ 18V system and are compatible with all M18 batteries and chargers.
What it does well
- Grinder (2880-20) delivers 8,500 RPM for grinding and cutting, with tool-free guard adjustments and tool-free accessory changes.
- Impact wrench (2854-20) delivers up to 250 ft-lbs of nut-busting torque from a compact 3/8" body with a friction ring for quick socket changes.
- 4-Mode DRIVE CONTROL™ on the impact wrench gives control over output speed and power, plus auto shut-off and a bolt-removal mode.
- POWERSTATE brushless motors with REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence protect against overload, overheating, and over-discharge; the grinder adds an electronic clutch for kickback protection.

Because it includes two XC5.0 batteries and a charger, it works as a standalone starter setup or as an add-on to an existing M18 fleet. If you already own M18 batteries and only need the tools, look for the bare (-20) versions instead.
