The Milwaukee M18 FUEL Drywall Screw Gun Kit (2866-22) is a cordless drywall gun built for production hanging, driving at 0–4,500 RPM with an auto start feature that fires the motor the moment a screw contacts the board. Because the SKU ends in -22, this is a battery kit — it ships with an M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 battery rather than as a bare tool.
What it does well
- POWERSTATE brushless motor spins at up to 4,500 RPM for faster-than-corded productivity.
- Auto Start Mode lets the trigger stay locked on with the motor off; contact with the drywall starts the motor, cutting noise between screws.
- Runs up to 64 sheets per charge on an M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 pack, or 27 sheets on a CP2.0.
- 1/4" hex quick-change chuck and an LED on the foot of the tool for visibility in dark spaces.
