The Milwaukee M18 FUEL™ 1/2" Hammer Drill/Driver (model 2904-20) is a cordless, brushless hammer drill built for drilling and driving in wood, metal, and masonry. This is a bare tool — the M18™ battery and charger are sold separately.
What it does well
- POWERSTATE™ brushless motor delivers up to 1,400 in-lbs of torque and a top speed of 2,100 RPM across two speed settings.
- Hammer drill mode adds percussion for drilling into brick, block, and concrete.
- Bores 2-9/16" self-feed holes in dense woods.
- AutoStop™ Control Mode helps prevent over-rotation during a bind-up, with a dedicated indicator light for protection events.
- All-metal 1/2" ratcheting chuck with carbide teeth for grip and bit retention, plus an LED work light and all-metal belt clip.
