The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 1-1/4" SDS Plus D-Handle Rotary Hammer (2916-22) is a cordless kit built to deliver drilling speeds normally associated with SDS Max hammers in a lighter tool. Because the SKU ends in -22, this is a kit — it includes the rotary hammer plus M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC6.0 batteries and a charger. The in-line D-Handle design reaches into tight spaces and balances well for downward drilling, and the tool is ONE-KEY enabled for tracking, security, and inventory management.

Is this the right rotary hammer for you?

This is a pro-grade tool for concrete drilling and anchor setting where you want SDS Max-class speed without the weight, and it is already on the M18 platform. If you own M18 batteries you may prefer the bare tool, but this -22 kit is the choice when you need batteries and a charger in the box. The D-Handle layout favors downward and tight-space drilling.
