The Milwaukee M18™ & M12™ Rapid Charger (48-59-1808) is a dual-system wall charger that refuels every M18 and M12 battery pack up to 40% faster, cutting downtime between jobs. It runs off a standard 120V electrical outlet and uses REDLINK™ Intelligence to communicate directly with the pack.
What it does well
- Charges M18 and M12 packs up to 40% faster to keep crews working
- REDLINK™ Intelligence monitors cell voltage, temperature, and charge status to protect and extend pack life
- Sequential charging tops off a second inserted pack automatically once the first is full
- Signals when a pack hits 80% charge so you can grab it and get back to work

This is the charger for anyone running both M18 and M12 tools who wants a single unit that handles every pack in the lineup. If you only need to charge one system or want a multi-bay station, look at a system-specific or PACKOUT-compatible charger instead — this one charges a single pack at a time and is not PACKOUT compatible. It does include wall-mounting capability for shop or truck setups.
