The Milwaukee Lineman's High-Leverage Ratcheting Wrench with Milled Strike Face (model 48-22-9213M) is a forged steel utility ratchet that fits 3/4", 1", and 1-1/8" square hardware and has a built-in milled face hammer for driving common utility hardware such as staples and j-hooks. This is a standalone hand tool — no batteries or power required.
