M18™ Compact Brushless 2-Tool Combo Kit

The Milwaukee M18 Compact Brushless 2-Tool Combo Kit (3692-22CT) pairs the M18 Compact Brushless ½" Drill Driver (3601) with the M18 Compact Brushless ¼" Hex Impact Driver (3650-20). As a kit it is ready to run out of the box: it ships with two M18 REDLITHIUM CP2.0 battery packs, an M18/M12 multi-voltage charger, and a contractor bag — no separate battery purchase needed.

What it does well

• Drill driver delivers 550 in-lbs of torque with a two-speed 0–500 / 0–1,700 RPM range for drilling and fastening.
• Impact driver produces 1,700 in-lbs of peak torque, 0–3,600 RPM, and up to 4,900 impacts per minute for fast, high-torque driving.
• Compact and light for tight and overhead work — the drill is 5.7" long; the impact measures 4.4" long × 2.1" wide.
• Built for the jobsite with an all-metal gearcase, all-metal ratcheting ½" chuck, and brushless motors on both tools.

This is a strong everyday M18 starter or add-on for pros who want compact tools that still hit real numbers — general construction, remodeling, MEP, and maintenance work. Because it runs on the M18 system (compatible with 250+ tools) and includes two 2.0Ah batteries and a charger, it is a practical entry point if you are building out an M18 kit.
