The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 7-1/4" Dual Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw (model 2733) is a cordless miter saw built for carpenters and remodelers who need corded-style cutting on the jobsite. This is the 2733-21 kit, so it ships ready to run with one M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 Ah battery and an M18/M12 multi-voltage charger — no separate battery purchase needed. At 28 lbs with the battery installed, it is positioned as the lightest saw in its class, and the POWERSTATE brushless motor paired with the 5.0 Ah pack delivers over 600 cuts per charge.
What it does well
- Dual bevel design bevels left and right with stops at 45° and 48°, so you can make opposing angled cuts without flipping the workpiece
- Cuts up to 2×8 material lying flat (horizontal capacity at 90°) and 3-1/2" vertical capacity with the base against the fence
- Handles up to 2-5/8" nested crown molding
- Cam locking miter detent system with a detent override for setting miter angles outside the preset detents, plus a shadow cut line indicator for lining up cuts
